It looks like that list is only for "Project Together" specifically. It sounds like (for example) if one of the kids that goes to S June wants to take dance lessons, the dance studio listed there will work wth a coordinator and pay attention to the special needs they have, as opposed to another dance studion who might not understand their situation.
There's nothing ASA could really offer in that situation, unless we wanted to give bids that would be redeemable 10-15 years in the future. LOL.
