Self tanner help!
So I just tried the spray stuff from L'oreal, LOVE IT, no streaks, doesn't smell too bad, it's great.
But my feet are a mess, lol. Anyone have tips for the feet? I put lotion on the dry spots first, and that helped, but they're still blotchy

rub a light coating of baby oil over them, then apply. It smoothes it out better!

Oh, I feel your pain!
I've blotched up my feet, hands, and forearms so many times that I've started using the facial self-tanner product for those areas. The it doesn't tan as dark, so looks more natural. My favorite is the True Blue line from Bath and Body Works.

Hawaiian Tropic has a new one that works a tiny bit at a time, so it goes on more even.

lancome has a great one that is tinted as it comes out, so you can see where you have put it.

I love the L'oreal stuff, too. It just takes practice. You'll get a smoother and more even application by mixing the self tanner with your regular body lotion-- the first couple tries I think everyone misses a spot on their feet-- just rub it in really well, and keep going over your feet!

You have to wash your hands immediately after applying it so the palms of your hands don't get unnaturally tan. The problem is that it washes the self-tanner off the backs of your hands. The solution is to apply it on your body, wash your hands, then squirt some self-tanner on a makeup sponge and use that to apply it to the backs of your hands.
And seriously exfoliate - use something with "beads" instead of salt or walnut shells so it's more even.
Ditto on the L'oreal.
