Neil Young has aneurysm...expected to recover.

Singer Neil Neil Young, 59, underwent surgery for a brain aneurysm on March 29. He is expected to completely recover, but doctors advised him not to travel or perform.

Scary, but he probably is able to get excellent medical care. Hopefully he does recover fully and is able to get back to a normal life (or at least what passes as normal for someone like Neil Young).

Which is why he cancelled performing at Canada's Juno Awards (music awards) this past weekend... he'd always promised to play if they were presented in Winnipeg again...

He was watching from the Canadian consulate in New York, and did get a couple of "get well" songs dedicated to him...
