Awards Committee

May Juniors and Seniors make up the Awards committee that organizes the nominations for the Sword of Honor and the College Leadership Award? Our president asked me to do it, because I did it last year as a sophomore. But when it was in the minutes, a recent alum read it and e-mailed me. She said I couldn't be on the committe because as a Junior I am eligible for the awards. I can't find it anywhere in the Chapter Procedures Manual, however, and I was supposed to let people start voting today. Can anyone help?

Hmm...I can't find anything in the CPM about it either, although I also that was the rule. In any case, it's a good idea to avoid being on the honors committee if you're eligible. If it's not too late, I'd ask your PO about it.
