Announcing…Annual "AOII Day at the Downs"!

Time: Gates open at 11:30 a.m.
The Kentuckiana Alumnae Chapter is inviting sisters from the IN, OH, KY, and TN area to attend, so please feel free to forward this message to other sisters. Tickets are $25/person, which includes admission to Churchill Downs' Millionaires Row, the Chef's table buffet and a daily racing program. The lunch menu includes oven roasted herb chicken, caesar salad with garlic croutons, green beans cooked with onion and bacon, country roasted potatoes, and warm fruit cobbler. There will be cash bar available for beverage purchases. General parking is free of charge in the Longfield Parking Lot.
We're asking that all AOIIs wear something red to distinguish themselves from the rest of the crowd and to participate in a large group picture in the racing paddock. The dress code is business casual.
Several lucky AOIIs will be randomly selected by drawing to present the "AOII Rose Run" trophy and have their picture taken with the winning jockey! And of course we'll still be drawing for "Lucky Losers" between races. If you've been before...you know what I'm talking about.
Gates open at 11:30 a.m. and the first race begins at 1:15 p.m. Churchill Downs races rain or shine, so unfortunately we cannot issue refunds due to inclement weather.
