Kudos to Chicago for bringing this about! If it weren't for the ordinance, none of this history would be coming to light.

Does anyone think that the settlement ameliorates the actual act itself? I was just talking to a friend of mine about this today and came to the conclusion that if the class action suit had been carried through all the way to the end that the potential payout could have been much higher.
