Northwestern: Quota = 35

The student paper reports that quota at Northwestern is 35 this year, down from last year's 39. There are 12 NPC sororities at the university. Numbers were still pending at press time.

The article does give numbers for three fraternities and says that several fraternities got single-digit pledge/new member classes.
