New Year's Resolutions

Happy New Year!

Does anyone have any New Year's Resolutions?

Here are mine:
1. Learn stress reduction/ management techniques
2. Eat healthier foods (more fruits and veggies, less FAST food)
3. Get back in touch with old friends

Sisters,
Robin

Funny thing... mine sound just about like yours, Robin!

They aren't really formal resolutions, though, more like gradual changes. I started working out this time last year and have really seen the results! Just want to continue that and maybe step it up a notch.

Also trying to declutter: get rid of "stuff" I am carrying around from place to place that gets in the way of better organization and just less clutter! (see flylady.net if anyone else is trying to do this, too!)

I definitely need to declutter too, Beth. I was following the flylady for a while, I need to get back into following some of the routines. I feel so much better when my sink is sparkling

My resolutions/goals:

Continue going to gym weekly, increase to 2x weekly

Open a savings account (I'm making my first deposit today); this is really exciting because I drained my savings to pay for school my 3rd year
