Bush paid for NCLB support

He pretty much just wasted that money because there is still very little support for NCLB.

So instead of funneling that money into the freaking program that has been HORRIBLY underfunded he sends a quarter of a million to a man that most of the folks i know seem to dislike and wouldn't buy water from if they were thirsty? Yeah, great job President Stupid.

Have you ever noticed all of the programs/laws from Bush's administration do the exact opposite of their name? (i.e. NCLB, clean air act, etc.) And will still have four more years?
