Hi Emily,

If Theta Phi has been offered an invitation colonize and has accepted the invitation, its not against NPC extension procedures to post your request here.

Since this appears to be the case, you may have more success by contacting Theta Phi's headquarters directly. Better yet, you may want to call the key contact on the Theta Phi extension packet. You should also talk to the person in your school's Student Activities office who coordinated the expansion process. He or she will be happy to help you.

Best of luck! I remember when the information about Suffolk went out in the NPC Extension Bulletin.
