COR/COB ideas

Hey all my sisters out there! I am the new VP of Membership for my chapter at Morehead State University. We are a very small school and I need help on COR/COB events that we can do. We always do the whole dinner thing and I hate it...I want to try something new. I have a couple ideas but there isn't a lot for us to do in our town. So if you have any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to crash, but we just had a COR party last night and it was extremely successful!!

We had a holiday cookie decorating party (but if it's not near the holidays, you can just decorate cookies)... We got a room on campus and there were groups of Kappas in charge of various tasks like buying/baking cookies, decorating items, decorating the room, etc. A sister who knew the PNM well would invite her and then stay with her the entire night while the other sisters floated around the room to meet all the other girls. It was fun and relaxed... you could decorate cookies, but it wasn't forced... you could just talk! We had 5 PNMs there & about 40ish sisters. We'll know who accepted bids soon!!

And on an unrelated note, one of my friends who goes to Clemson is a part of the Delta Zeta colony & she loves it! We are soo excited for her!!

How about you have the girls go to your moms house...I think that would be fun! Maybe you can have a "party fest" and teach a science lesson on "chicken poop!" Haha got to love Borams class and me not being able to hear! Anyway good luck with recruitment, if yall need anything just ask, I am still here.
