Hi Ladies~
My name is Laura and I am a sister at the Alpha Chi chapter in Bloomsburg. The reason I am writing is to ask all you ladies for your help! I recently gained the postion of VP of Recruitment and am incredibley excited. However i feel like my ideas for recruitment aren't going to be the best and was wondering if i could get your help. Do you ladies have any ideas for themes and what not. Also I am not sure if any other chapter does something called opens(where all the potential new memebers meet all the sororites on the campus). Opens is where my chapter has always struggled and probably one of the most important aspects of recruitment since it is the first impression the new girls get of us. If anybody has ideas for this part too that would be great! Thanks so much for your help ladies and I look forward to hearing from you all!
Hi Laura! Welcome to the boards. If you go into the "search" mode of Greekchat, and look under topics such as recruitment, you will find a TON of threads on this same topic, and I am sure there are a zillion ideas people have used in the past.
