Help!!!

Greetings sorhors,

I need some advice on how get my resume notice above others. I graduated from college last year with a masters in public administration and I'm having difficulty with finding employment--its been a year. I need some help in critiquing my resume and transition from legal secretary field into management field. So if someone can please help me out I'd appreciate it.

Sisterly

A lot of folx only read the cover letter to see if the resume is worth reviewing. In the cover letter specifically say how you meet the qualifications of the job and the assets you would bring to the job. Then refer them to the resume for more information and ask for an interview so that you may expound even further.
