Mind Games
Here are some teasers that will exercise your mind. See if you can figure them out. I will post the answers later. And if anyone else has any mind teasers, post them here. This is another game thread. Hopefully, it's not a duplicate. Here we go:
1) We are little creatures;
all of us have different features.
One of us in glass is set;
one of us you'll find in jet.
Another you may see in tin,
and the fourth is boxed within .
If the fifth you should pursue,
it can never fly from you.
What are we?
2) Around the mill, there is a walk,
After the walk, there is a key.
What Am I?
3) Often talked of, never seen,
Ever coming, never been,
Daily looked for, never here,
Still approaching, coming near.
Thousands for it's visit wait
But alas for their fate,
Tho' they expect me to appear,
They will never find me here.
What Am I?
4) I am a country. My 1st, 2nd, and 7th letters form an
external point. My 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th is what you
will be when you solve this puzzle. My 5th, 2nd, 3rd,
1st, and 4th is in heaven. My 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th
is on earth. What country am I?
5) I have an eye, but can not see.
You can not run or hide from me.
I come from above, from the clouds,
and am a danger to anything around me.
I am not made by humans.
What am I?
Here are a few to wrack your brain. This is just a start. I'll be back later with more and the answers to these. Oh, here's an extra one:
Y Y U R Y Y U B I C U R Y Y 4 M E
What does that translate into?

Here are the answers to the second set:
1) Umbrella
2) Ton
3) rhythm
4) 21; moving from the outside in, the two numbers add up to 60. So, 23 + 37 =60, 48 + 12=60, and so on. Thus, 39 + 21 is 60.
5) The answer is 4 Blackbirds remain; twice 4 plus 20 is 28. a seventh of 28 is 4. The 4 that were shot remain. The others flew away.
6) Wellington
I'll be coming with more on my next post. I'll wait until the weekend's over to post the answer to those.

Here are more brain teasers. Have fun!!
1) What is the only 11 letter word in the English
language that ends with the same three letters
that it begins with?
2) I always fall,
but I never get hurt.
I can bend over backwards,
but cannot break.
I arrive free of charge
but often leave for a fee.
What am I?
3) Pronounced as one letter,
And written with three,
Two letters there are,
And two only in me.
I'm double, I'm single,
I'm black blue and grey,
I'm read from both ends,
And the same either way.
There's only three this time, but I'll wait until after the weekend to post the answers. Have a blessed one!!

This one is pretty easy:
The beginning of eternity,
The end of time and space,
The beginning of every end,
The end of every place.
What am I?
