Halloween

Just wondering what everyone's Halloween costumes are this year and if Halloween is big at your school. Anyone else out there being a sexy firefighter like me?

NCSU has a horrible halloween eve, but ECU and UNC have great events that a lot of people go to. The customes are wild and Franklin Street (UNC) has a lot of good bars and restaurants to stop in.

My dogs are going to be a pumpkin and a bat though.

My friend (and fellow Phi) Gina and I are going as sexy Mario and Luigi from Super Mario Bros 3, complete with racoon ears and tails (if you ever played the game youd get it). I was supposed to be Romy and Michelle with my roomate but she turned evil and psycho on me and decided to do it with someone else and not tell me until the last minute. Oh well.

That would be so cute! For our skit night during rush, two of the girls were Spartan cheerleaders and it was HILARIOUS. I didn't see any Spartan cheerleaders out this Halloween, but I saw two guys dressed as Wayne and Garth from Wayne's World.. by far my favorite costumes of the night!

I saw a Spartan cheerleader in the Spruce St parking garage. My favorite costumes were the 3 dudes dressed in Natty Light boxes and some guy was in scuba gear.

Oh and a group of people came into Chaser's dressed like the Reno 911 people. That was funny.

I saw a lot of girls dressed like bees. I thought that was cute. I was a fairy WITHOUT wings. (Just not feasible in the bar!)

ETA: Wow sorry I didn't even realize this was in the Alpha Phi forum......way for me to crash my way in.....

Yeah one of my sisters was dressed as a bee, we all thought she looked like the little girl from that blind melon video.

DGqueen, did you go to phi sig at all? i was there for a little more than an hour but i heard they ran out of beer.. how did that happen when their party was joint with KA? i thought that was weird!

oh well, i still had a blast.. even though someone hit my car on the way home. luckily no damage was done!

After last year's disastrous Fairy Costume (don't ask!!!) my aim this year was COMFORT!! I went as a "Trophy Wife Tennis Player"...I wore all white, my tennis skirt and a fitted polo, white tennis shoes and pearls and sunglasses....outfit complete with Tennis Racket that ended up inspiring some of my guy friends to invent a new form of Beer Pong!

I wore my horrible 80's prom dress. Its so horrible, its kinda cute.

The best costume I saw was an undecided voter. The guy had a cape on with a big U and a mask. Cute.

I prefer UNC to ECU, but then again, ECU is kinda dirty (what do you expect when Chapel Hill has a bunch of rich yuppies to keep it up) The School of ECU has a high STD rate, which is scary.

That is really really cute! And out of curiousity, how does a tennis racket inspire a new form of beer pong??

I didn't know ECU had a high STD rate. That was my second choice behind WVU... just another reason I'm glad I came here now!

about the beer pong.....well there was one other tennis player (John MacEnroe) present and instead of throwing the balls into the cups they had to hit the balls with the rackets into the cups....I turned out to have better aim than I thought! but alas, we left for the bars and i took my racket with me, leaving them to go back to Beer Pong's original glorious form.

eta: nothing. i can't spell
