SAM back at Arizona State

Sigma Alpha Mu is now back at Arizon State. Are group there is a colony working on recognition from the IFC. There is currently a freeze on expansion at the school!

Glad to see you taking that approach. ZBT came on here and chartered a chapter, applied for and rec'd recognition as a "Student Organization" instead of IFC. As far as I know they have not yet applied for IFC membership, but they seem to be doing just fine without it. IFC has voted to allow two fraternities recently, one this fall and one in the spring, so it's not a matter of not getting in with IFC. I really like their approach. Establish yourself first, then petition IFC. Easier and certainly fairer for everyone.

I didnt know Sigma Alpha Mu was coming onto campus. The freeze is in place because this year we got DTD, Sigma Nu, Sig Ep back on campus, next semester I think Pi Kappa Phi is coming back.
