Dean's List on Your Resume

If you have been on the Dean's List how/where do you list that on your resume? Do you have to list the year that you were on it if it wasn't consistent?

On my resume, I have it listed under honors. I also list the term that it applies to, i.e. Fall 2002, Spring 2003, etc.

Just a note: This is something I fully expect to see if you are interviewing for an internship or first job. However, once you are 2-3 years out of school, you should drop it.

I've heard of people keeping it on their resume after university - but move it to a single bullet under your education. Like this sorta:

University, dates
Major, minor
* honours
