Man's advertisements for organ pay off

The full story is in the above link courtesy of CNN.com. One section that I found interesting is quoted below:

I'm interested in hearing what GC'ers have to say about this. What about the other people "waiting in line" for donations that don't have the resources to run billboard ads?

It would be nice if he and his family continued to use the billboards, website and phone number to help all persons in need of organ donation, develop some sort of non-profit to help the organ donation system.
