There's one in Coldwater, Michigan about 20 minutes away from where I go to school called the Capri Drive-In. I've been there a couple times and it's a lot of fun - it's cheap ($5 for a double feature), they show good movies, and there's a fun family atmosphere. Actually, I'm the current chapter social chairman and I'm planning a sisterhood outing to see a movie there in September. |

The Starlite Drive-In is still operational here in Durham, NC In the daytime it's a flea market/gun shop and at night it's movie time. I love going this time of year. Plust the snacks and food are cheap as hell!

The last drive-in in Hawaii closed in 1998.
I remember going there on the last weekend with about 20 of my friends. They had a triple feature that weekend: Blade, Dance with Me, and something else I can't remember.

They tore down the screens, but the parking lot is currently being used as a venue for a flea market on the weekends.

In the town I used to live and where my parents still live there is still a working drive-in. It was very fun in my highschool days.

 | Yup, there's also one in Ft Collins about 1/2 mile from where my parents used to live. It's fun to go in a pick up truck parked backwards with a cooler and lots of pillows and blankets. Fun high school memories...

There's one in San Diego (county), which is only about a 40 minute drive for me. Yet, I have never gone to a drive in
There's also one (at least there was one) back in Valpo when I was at school (maybe Shima-Mizu can confirm for me )...it was only open during the late spring into the early fall

Theres one in Sac off I-50. There used to be one in my hometown but they plowed it to built a multiplex and a nice shopping center with all kinds of restaurants. Nobody seems to miss it much.

I've driven past that one in Denver, I don't think I'd ever find it again even if I tried!!! I know there are 2 in northeast Tennessee near Elizabethton on the way up to Roan Mountain. Haven't been there in ages---my sister *biological* keep saying they are going to take me. Yea sure....

There used to be one in my city, but they turned it into a Meijers. There's one still in Dearborn, not too far from UMD, but also not too far from a not so nice area of the city. I've heard it's super trashed now.

I heard on the radio something about the Pontiac Silverdome (former home of the Lions) being a drive-in on weekends or something, and also some place in Plymouth or Canton.
