School Social Work

Does anyone work in School Social Work or a similar area (with teens)? I have an interview next week for a School Social Worker position in a highschool. I really am interested in this position, as the pay is a bit higher and you get summers off Also, I have been working in mental health with adults since 1999 and want to do something *different*. I've worked with teens for one year 1998-1999 so I am familiar with their issues. I guess I am just looking for advice of what to say on the interview. I know that I will be working in a host setting and often the SW's hands are tied regarding what they can/can't say or do because of that, as well as because they work with *minors*. Any advice anyone has will be appreciated. Happy Friday

Good luck!

My sister is a school social worker at a junior high school...she loves it.
