I don't know if there's a thread out there already, but I was just wondering if anyone who's started recruitment or about to has seen the effects of the book yet? And if no recruiting has started, I'd love to hear about it when it does cause we're having a late formal recruitment this year in September and it'd be nice to know what kind of questions and concerns rise from potential new members because of the book.
