What real life event do you wish they would turn into a movie?

In DC, we recently had a rash of high-profile bank robberies. I am talking SERIOUS robberies with militia-style armor and weapons. No one was ever injured, though, but a lot of money was stolen.

The robberies were meticulously executed...they would be in and out in broad daylight within five minutes. They stole cars and used the stolen cars as the getaway vehicle and torched them beyond recognition within ten minutes of the crimes. The police were stumped for a great long while.

And yeah, there have been plenty of movies about bank robberies, but I wanna see THIS one become a movie.

Oh yeah, they finally caught most of the culprits....not in the middle of a bank robbery, but because they tried to steal somebody's car, and the person fought back! Very foolish, but the guy drove away and dragged the thief down the street for about half a block. When the cops got him, he sang like a bird.

So what headlines do you wish became movies?
