I once used half of a 500 minute phone card on one phone call.
That's almost 4 hours.

About 4-5 hours....it was a tradition every year for me & my best friend to talk all night long before he left to go home every summer! Now, It's 5 minutes because we need sleep!

Longest phone call? 4+ hours......overseas.....and I've done that many, many, many times.
But anyway....this montage was excellent omega2! The business man's attitude and mannerisms were awesome. "We don't do refunds. We told you it was 'unusual'". Priceless!

The longest phone call is one with a lot of silence & tension. Time doesn't matter in those, 1min seems to = 1hr.

yes. i like to see what i'm talking to, that's why i keep my calls to a minimum!
that's an extraorinarily long time! I'd have run out of things to say at 30mins!

would you describe the much of the conversation as loquacious?
we have harmony here

In HS while I was on vacation in CA with my dad, I talked to my cousin every day for at least 4 hours. You can imagine my dad's face when he got the bill after I left town.

Kalin is a guy that I've known since junior year HS. In the past 8 years or so since graduation, I've seen him a total of two times. We kept on losing touch. We were just friends, nothing serious -- though I've always found him attractive.
And then I ran into him again while he came home from the holidays.
Since he went back to LSU, we've talked at least two hours each day. Never for the full two hours... 15 minutes here, a half hour there, etc.
But on Sunday...neither of us went out with our friends. We stayed home, and next thing you know we're on the phone for five hours and thirty six minutes!!
What I love about our convos is that there's never any dead silence. It's just so flowing, I love it.
I never spent 5 hours on the phone before...not even in the 8th grade!

my longest phone call was... uh... 7 hours. I've done that twice, both with long-distance boyfriends. needless to say, my ear really hurt after that.

lol, that's why there's a wireless headset (well that and the phone itself gets super hot) but if that little earpiece is in there long enough, it still manages to hurt.
