How do I become a field consultant?

I am starting my senior year of college this fall & want to become a field consultant for Sigma Kappa. How do I go about this? Does anyone know what the requirements are & what I need to do?
Thanks!

I wish I knew! Did you check the bulletin board on the national's web site?

Unfortunately, I can't get into it yet & it's driving me crazy. I was initiated last fall, I'm the Foundation Chair, and I have my badge BUT I still don't have a member #. I had one but all the ones from my pledge class had to be discontinued (I don't know why) & I still haven't been given my new one yet so I can't access anything anymore. I've e-mailed our VPAR and our President of the chapter so hopefully one of them will have it.

you need to apply for it this year. they do interviews and so on to decide who becomes a consultant. you can download the application from the website. not sure when the search for next year's consultants begins though.

i was also told it was very tough in terms of general comforts. for example, some chapters forget you're coming and forget about feeding you or you end up having to sleep on the floor of someone's room/apt.

To be honest, none of that had really occured to me BUT now that it's out in the open, I think I'll have to seriously reconsider my options for next year.

Thanks for all your help!
