Greekchat.com weight loss challenge week 5

I'm so, so sorry that I was unable to post the weekly post for the weight loss challenge. I was messed up because my great-grandmother was in the hospital, and I forgot to post the challenge.

Anyway, how is your process going along?

I'm kind of where I was before. I 've lost a total of 7 pounds, which is great. I have 8 pounds left, and have been struggling to get back on track. I seem to lose 2-3 pounds, then level off, then go back to losing. I'm hoping to make the next two weeks "losing weeks", since I didn't work out at all last week.

So far this week I swam Sunday, did cardio Monday, yoga Tuesday and lifted today. Not too shabby, I just have to keep it up!!!

How about others?

I haven't really been contributing to the previous threads, but I wanted to say that I've lost 15 pounds in the past month or so! Good luck to everybody.

I haven't been keeping track and wasn't doing a good job until a went back to Weight Watchers. I lost 3 pounds in my first week.

I've lost 8 so far with a month and two weeks to go. I'm averaging 1-2 a week so I'll probably lose around 16 when its over.
