Can I refer to my testes as "Balls" in a thread title?

We seem have a lot of threads recently here in the "News and Politics" forum regarding Ova . . . I'm not sure of any really important breaking news regarding Ova, so it would appear that their politiking has garnered center stage.z

I have no problem with this; hell, it's about time. However, I was going to respond with several parody threads to further clutter the forum, and drive down important topics such as "Who would Osama Vote For?" to the very bottom of inconsequentiality.

I ran into a significant problem, however - I would like to refer to my analogous genitalia as "Balls", but I am afraid this may violate decorum issues with the site.

Now, I'm a long-time contributor to our community, and I've also been known to commit a 'funny' from time to time, but I'd desire nothing less than to be uncouth - so let me know:

Is it appropriate to use "Balls" to refer to my gonads in a thread title? The popular opinion will rule the day.
