Any Alum in GA
I was wondering if there is any alum in GA that are part of an alum chapter. I want to join one but I am still finishing up school and am really busy with studying. Also are there young people that have joined. I am 22.

If you go to Sisters Online, then select "My AOII" select "Directories".
This will pop up AOII's information directory, - just select Alumnae, click on the picture of Georgia, and it will list all the alumnae chapters ( there are 4 - Athens, Atlanta, Middle GA, and Savannah).
And don't worry about age - there are usually a wide range of women that are members, and events are tailored to acconodate that as well
Good luck!

Shala

I'm an alum in GA however, I have not yet gotten involved with an alum chapter. I am chapter advisor for Lambda Chi here in LaGrange and we always love to have visitors! If you are ever heading south on I-85 and would like to meet some sisters from LaGrange, just let me know!!!
Roses,
Sarah

I am an Alum in GA. I just moved here, so I will join the Atlanta chapter in the fall since they only have 2 events left this year. I will also continue to look for ways to help out the collegiate chapters in the area.

Yes, are you thinking of joining the Atlanta Alumnae Chapter as well?
They have a great program called Girl's Night Out where they get together once a month for drinks, dinner... I believe it is mostly younger Alumnae that attend. The one draw back is that the outings are often times expensive.
Another interesting thing I saw the other day that's interesting is that the Kappa Sigma Alumni Chapter in Atlanta asked our chapter to have a social this month. Has anyone else heard of anything like this. I think it's very cool, just interesting also...

I haven't heard anything like that but I would really like to join an alum chap. I think it would be a lot of fun. I just didn't know if a lot of stuff was during the day because I have school.

No, most things are at night, or on the weekend.

Hey all! I am in Atlanta and I am the recruitment advisor for Georgia State(Gamma Sigma) and I am involved in the Alumnae chapter in Atlanta. Truthfully, I don't do as much with them as I would like but the events I have attended have been fun. Feel free to PM me about anything!
