HI, my name is Jenny Camilleri and i am from the delta alpha chapter. i am upcoming sunshine and social chair and we have had a bad year. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions to uplift us to start the year off good that would be awesome

Hi I am currently the PR chair, Phi-Esta chair, and Risk MGMT. I was social chair for 2 semester.

Something that might work for you as sunshine: My chapter has an inspiration book that a sister gets and passes it along to another sister whom she does not know that well, thus the cycle.

As PR I'm doing this but you can also do this for sunshine: I wrote down each sisters name on a tiny sheet of paper and at the meeting passed around a bag and had the sister pull names. The name that the sister pulled she had to write that sister a letter of appreciation by e-mail.

For social you can have all types of mixers for any occasion you can have a hockey playoff party, end of the school year party, etc
Also you can take a survey among your sisters to see which type of mixers they like better.

Just have fun with it.

Well rush usually takes up most of the beginning of the year but we always have retreat before school starts to hang out and do rush stuff which is cool...we've also done bubbles and berries social.. we've split the girls into 5 groups and had each group cook dinner and come up with an actiity.. frame making... scrapbooking... teaching cheers etc...
