Nursing Homes - Washington, DC Metro Area

I would like to perform community service at a nursing home in the area, preferably DC proper. Does anyone know of any that I could go to? Please let me know!!

This is where I used to volunteer as an undergrad. It was (and still is) an Alpha Phi Omega project on Friday afternoons.
