McDonald's to Eliminate Super Sizes by Year End
They're folding due to the criticism they've received for having the option to make your meals huuuuge. You can read the article here.
Personally, I think this is good news for people who are still trying to learn portion control. But personally, I'm a healthy person and it'll be kind of a bummer not to have the ocassional splurge on biggie fries. Its all about moderation.

Another freedom down the drain... This is all because of that horrible John Banzhaf... He should be indicted for treason...
Communist.
I will tell you one thing, if we continue to throw away our freedoms like this, soon we will have nothing left.
You think it will stop here? No way Jose, it will keep on going until we are eating soylent green...

I doubt it unless you figure out a way to educate the poor.

I'm on the Atkins Diet, and this thread is giving me the biggest craving for McDonald's fries.
Must... resist... the... fries.

Carrots are too high in sugar for Atkins. Besides, its not just about the salt. Its the grease. That yummilicous grease that comes with the deep frying that makes it so darn good.

What you fail to understand ktsnake, is that soon the Large fries will be stopped, then the medium, then the small... It will not stop. It is just like tobacco. Just wait, see what these freaks do next.
There will be NO Atkins Diet soon, as the meat will be banned, the cheese will be banned, carbs of course are prob'ly next to go, and after they figure out vegetables have too much sugar, they will ban those too.
Soylent Green is in Banzhaf's future!!! Beware Rudey, Beware...
