Should I try ebay??

Hey Again,

I was thinking...I have bought a few things (Zeta items) from ebay and I have some T-shirts that I never wear because they're too big....should I sell them on ebay?? I looked at the seller information and it talked a lot about selling fees...Is it worth it? I'm hoping some experienced ebay people will help me out on this thread...I don't know anything about the selling process.

JMO, but, I would try to sell them to your chapter sisters first. I know I jumped at the chance to buy shirts from the other sisters who either outgrew or decided they needed some cash...

I don't know. I would feel strange about selling ZTA event shirts on Ebay. There are people who might try to "pose" and buy them just so they can wear the letters w/o going through rush, etc. I would be afraid they would end up in the wrong hands.

Just an idea: one of my sisters had a seamstress make a throw quilt out of the old shirts. That way, she had a keepsake and some "useful" purpose for the shirts she no longer fit into. It was awesome, too!

Thank you for the quilt idea. I am really into keepsake things too. I will just have to find someone who does that kind of stuff.

t-shirt swap anyone????

what do the shirts look like? I love t-shirts, i practically live in them, but can never find them in big enough sizes! Maybe we can do a t-shirt swap!

Let's see...I have a green medium Zeta Day shirt...I also have a long sleeve white mardi gras shirt--size small, but a big small. Then I have a really cute medium bid day shirt....Ya know what...Let me take digital pics of them and load 'em on my computer and I will email them to you...I think i still have your regular email address.
