This is good. Of course the owners and the players were against it - they all stand to lose money if hotshots are able to get in younger. Did you really believe the crap about not being hardened to go against older players?

Fitzgerald is already eligible for the draft - they decided he got enough credits in his year of post-high school education to make him a junior, so he's all set.
Good for him for getting eligibility - the guy wasn't at college for an education, he was there to move to the next level.

Great, the biggest bust in the world is back.
He's probably gonna get screwed worse now than if he had just gone to school and continued playing college ball.

It is bad for the NFL and bad for the NCAA, but so what. Why should a 20 year old be prohibited from working? If the NCAA has a problem with it then they should have let Clarett play this season like he wanted, but they Clarett hang in limbo and helped create this situation. If the NFL thinks undergrads are not physically ready for the NFL they why are they going to draft them?????

In Clarett's case, I don't know if the dude is actually physically ready. He had a *decent* season at Ohio State. Not great. As I recall he was fairly injury prone in college.

I'd like to say He could make it in the NFL, but I can't. Money override his Common Sense.

What is bad about it? Forget about it being just him...what if there are others that come along with the talent and size? The NFL and players are NOT looking out for him by blocking him - it's in their interests to do that.
