CARBOHYDRATES!!!!
I started the South Beach Diet 2 days ago...just gotta get through the first few days, and I'm told the cravings go away. I swear they better...or else....lol

Mine took like a week to go away, but today I was so craving fetticine alfredo.....that looks like i spelled it wrong...oh well don't care. But thats what I want today. So I settled for a salad.....diets are evil. Good luck on the diet DolphinChicaDDD!!

Good luck DolphinChicaDDD...I could never do that either since carbs make up like 99.9% of what I like to eat. But I hear it works really well!
As for me, I am craving SOUR SKITTLES!

Right now I'm craving Bristol's Sunday Brunch. Of course, there's 4 hours between here and Louisville AND a Winter Storm Warning in effect, so no Bristol for me this weekend.

I was craving popcorn for several days so I had a mini bag this morning. I started that Body For Life excerise thingie where every 7th day is a Free Day so you can eat whatever you want.
This afternoon we're going to a play so I can have anything I want for dindin; fortunately, I've learned not to overdo my eating because it would probably come back in the form of acid reflux or worse.

Oh man I usually only crave the Dirty Palace after the bar or a party or late at nite, but yesterday for dinner I was craving it. Cheeseburgers, mozz sticks, and chicken rings. It was damn good!
But now I'm craving chips with my bean dip that I make... it's the 7 layer bean dip, minus a few layers.
