Post How would you handle this?

What if a young lady transfered to your school professing to be an AKA. At the time you were not a member of the sorority. After being excepted your big sisters introduces this young lady as another member of Alpha Kappa Alpha. Lets say you and the young lady become close friends - even best friends. Ok, ten years later you find out that she lied about being a member of AKA. You contact one of the sorors that she alledgedly crossed with. The soror tells you that she did not pledge on her line. You then call nationals. Nationals report that they have no record of this individual. What would you do? Do you think that your friendship would be over?

Oh, by the way, this is a true story.
