Formal and Alumni Dinner

Gentlemen,

We are discussing having a Formal in the Spring and possibly an Alumni Dinner as well. Do any of you have any advice on how these are ran.

We haven't had a Formal in about 4 or 5 years nor an Alumni Dinner in about 11 years.

Any Advice would be appreciated!
