Going to Mississippi?

i'll be spending the holiday in mississippi with my family and in looking for things to do, i found something y'all might be interested in seeing if you're ever down that way. The Mary Ricks Thorton Cultural Center in Kosciusko, MS (Attala County) is a restored church that features the Delta Gamma Founder's Room. The site states that, "...A portrait of the three founders, Eva Webb Dodd, Anna Boyd Ellington and Mary Comfort Leonard, hangs in this memorial room which has been recently decorated and furnished beautifully with new draperies, red oak flooring, oriental rugs and antiques. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places. A Mississippi Historic Landmark. "

Also, in Oxford, MS (Lafayette County) you'll find our historical marker - talk about a perfect photo-op!

Mississippi is a gorgeous state so if you're ever in that neck of the woods be sure and stop by!

Something positive about Mississippi! hahaha

The further south you go the uglier it gets (but the funny thing is, the further south you go the smaller the accent).
