Just a question

Ok, I go to school in Kentucky and it is a reasonably small that i go to. Our quota each year is around 60 and sometimes it can be difficult getting to know all the girls. I've been in a little over a year now and gotten to know many of the girls, but im still not close to all of them and i was just curious if that is a difficult thing for a large school. Like, i couldnt imagine being in a sorority with over a 100 girls and getting to know them, but better yet being able to remember girls through rush. Usually we have around 150 girls go through. So anyone have any insight?

In some schools they take group pictures with the Pi Chi leader (rho chi, gamma chi, whatever) and pass them out to each chapter so that the sisters can put faces to names.

As far as my chapter, we do weekly sisters (anchor, pineapple-our chapter fruit, hannah sis) for the first three weeks of NM period.

I guess that mostly we just keep hanging out with as many NMs as we can during the NM period.
