Next Disney blockbuster?
Could it be Haunted Mansion? I really liked Pirates a lot so I'm curious about this.

i seriously dont think it will be a huge blockbuster. it might get pass the $100 million mark, but not much more after that. i think that eddie murphy is getting really corny.

I hate to say it, But Eddie Murphy has lost some of his edge. His last movie,"Daddy Day Care", was decent. I'm hoping maybe "Haunted Mansion" would get his career jump started again.

It'll do well.
Have you seen kids react to Eddie Murphy's family flicks? They loooove them. My baby cousins watch Daddy Day Care like every day, lol. I know that they'll be seeing this one too.

I just saw the commercial today for it for the first time... looks like a kids movie (not that I don't watch them), but it didn't really appeal to me... but speaking of Disney movies, I got the Finding Nemo DVD today!!!!!!!

Daddy Day Care didn't flop. I think it made a little over 100 million. And they're supposedly doing a sequel. I think Haunted Mansion will do well too. Eddie needs like 10 hit movies to make up for Pluto Nash.

Thanks for answering. I have nooo idea how it did at the box office, and while I am indeed bored at work, I am never bored enough to look up box office receipts for Daddy Day Care, lol. I just thought I remembered it doing well with the kiddie audience (although while watching it with them I must say I enjoyed it- simple movie, happy ending, no parts I had to fast forward through- definitely what I want in a family flick, lol).
