The Adelphean

I always enjoy getting my copy of the Adelphean in the mail...

I just wanted to say congrats to all of the Dorothy Shaw winners & runners up.

I hope that our newest TCCs have safe travels over the next year.

Congrats to all of the collegiate & alumnae chapters who received awards at convention!

Is anyone from GC planning for 2005 in AZ?? I hope to make the trip...if there are any other GC ADPis there, we HAVE to meet up.

I will most DEFINATELY be at convention in 2005!!!!

As a member of the Phoenix Alumna Association we are responsible for doing the first banquet dinner. Great big responsibility but we are looking foward to it.

I'm so looking foward to convention. I'm sooooo excited.

Once it becomes closer I'll mention this again, but I know that some sisters and I are probably going to get a hotel room at a nearby hotel, mainly because the hotel convention is at runs about 200 a night. That's a lot. Anyways, anyone interested in doing this with us, just let me know and well (of course) keep in touch via GC or email.

Woo Hoo!!!!!!

Nothing's definite yet, but the plan is as of right now to be at Convention in Phoenix....I guess it's only about a 6 hour drive (maybe 8???) from San Diego. I have to see what I'd plan on doing for housing arrangements...I might be interested in the sharing a hotel room, but since we have almost two years until then, everything might change.

You better believe we'll be having one heck of an ADPi GCer get-together at convention!

I would definately love to attend convention in 2005!! I wasn't able to attend the one here in Texas, and I think it is a fabulous reason to go out and see a part of the U.S. that I haven't explored yet

I just love the feeling of receiving a new Adelphean!!! Somewhere in this house, there is every issue since I was initiated - my heirs will have a great time on ebay!

I love seeing what all the chapters are doing, and how they're doing it! I know that a lot of ideas are exchanged through the Adelphean because we surely got a lot of ideas that way! I want to encourage EVERY chapter to meet the deadline, and get your chapter activities & photos in on time!

FYI, I once was congratulated by a mailman for being an ADPi. His wife was one!

Yes, I got my issue last week. There were great pictures from convention, I love seeing all the winners pictured together. Congrats to ADqtiPiMel's chapter!
And I always love seeing the Dorothy Shaw winners, I know how hard it is to actually receive that honor, one of my close friends in college got it and she had a 4.0 in her double science major!

Okay, well, I'm an alumna, but I know that when I was a Delta, my Adelphean always went to my house in California.

If I remember properly, the Adelphean is never sent to a college address.

How cool! I was just looking at that cover last night, and thought, well it's about time to see a redhead represent! She is so CUTE!

The Golden Lion winners are all so awesome, too! Congratulations to each of those chapters! And, of course, to the Dorothy Shaw winners & runners-up!

Posting to say I just went home for fall break & lo and behold, my parents had captured my copy. Apparently they skimmed the mag & then were holding onto it for the last few pages to get me something for Xmas (the Giftmart in there)....lol. Lucky for them, I stole back my magazine & brought home the new giftmart catalogs they handed out recently at our chapter meeting (w/ this green form to return to nat'l if we wanted that would send my parents a "wish list"--I chose to take the catalog direct to the source )
