I've been trying to find a friend for a very long time. Last time I spoke to him was about 1.5 years ago. I know he was in the Coast Guard. I don't know if he is still in there. Anybody know how I can get info on him?

A few years ago you could look him up online on the base locator, but privacy and security concerns after 9/11 have put the locators off limits to non-military personnel.
