I really like Starr Jones, one of the hosts on the View. Now on a Lifetime Special, I believe I heard them mention something about her being a part of your sisterhood. I can't really remember for sure, it was a while back!

However, I would like to know if any of you know how I could go about contacting her, or have any addresses for websites about her.

Star is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. (American University)! I saw the repeat of Intimate Portrait as well. I emailed her Wednesday night and she did respond last night!

I also saw that episode of Intimate Portrait and she made me so proud to be a Soror of Alpha Kappa Alpha. She referenced AKA throughout the show and said that Alpha Kappa Alpha helped shape her into the woman that she is today. She met her best friend Soror Vanessa Bell Calloway at an AKA function (I think it was Regionals or Boule I can't remember....but anyway Soror Starr Jones is a very proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha.

Has anyone read her book? I read it and was so inspired. I don't know why it wasn't hyped more because it was honestly a good book. She is truly FIERCE!
