How do you improve your (beauty) confidence when it low?
Hi
I was wondering what do you ladies do when you're feeling unattractive or little down about yourselves?
I know not everyday you're going to feel like your pretty or beautiful, so what do you do to build your confidence in your looks up?
Because somtimes I feel less than pretty and I just wanted some tips from my fellow sisters (women in general) to see how you pick your selves up again? How? Writing in you journals, talking with friends, etc.
Thanks

Ok, can I say SHOPPING SPREE?! Yeah, going shopping totally builds my self esteem...
Also, I read that if you look in the mirror and say outloud "I am beautiful! I am confident! I am me!" like 20 times, that you'll feel a lot better... I think if you change the "I am me" to "I am a PHI SIG!" You'll feel even more better!
And don't worry hun, I know you're beautiful!

If I feel down there are two techniques I use.. if I have to go out to class or to work or something like that I say do EVERYTHING you can to make yourself look good.. fix your hair nicely.. put on make up... wear your cutest outfit and put on a piect of Phi Sig jewelery to remind you that sisters are always there to support you. In the car put on your favorite song and sing along as loud as possible !!!
If you don't really have anything important to do (like school or work etc.. then wear something comfy.. but that reminds you of the peope who care about and support you.. ( like letters or a sweatshirt from a trip you took with your family or camp you went to.. or soccer team shirt or something) then commence being productive.. I always feel great after doing my laundry or cleaning the kitchen or doing a craft project I've been wanting to do.. being productive and working toward a goal that you have will make you feel better !

In addition to all the wonderful suggestions mentioned above, I totally pamper myself. I'll take a nice, hot bubble bath with candles and the works surrounding me. Afterwards, I'll do my nails and curl up with a good book or a self-help magazine. Or you can head to the pool and relax in the sun (sun always makes me feel more attractive).
My all-time favorite method of cheering myself up and improving my beauty confidence is working out. Whether it's a run around the block, working out in your home, or going to the gym, I usually feel pretty good about myself afterwards. Not only have you done something good for your body, you have pushed out all those negative feelings in your body. I truely believe a good workout will turn anyone's frown upside-down!
Good luck and remember your sisters are always here for you.

Thanks for the great suggestions
Well, today I started walking to feel better and I felt so much better when I got back home it's amazing how far your body can take you if you just take good care of it (physically and mentally).
Thanks
