Actually, there is! I can't remember if it was at Cumberland University or MTSU, but one of the colleges I attended had a Mu Omega Mu.

I was looking through the IU yearbook, the Arbutus, and they did have a group called Mu Omicron Mu. This organization was for single women who were raising a child or children while trying to earn a degree. It seems to me that it acted mostly as a support group while having some activities for the members.

To each their own...but I wouldnt be caught DEAD in Delta Alpha Delta paraphanalia. What a waste of $$$.
If you want to be a proud dad...put on your real greek letters and take your kids to the park.

I think the Mu Omega Mu idea is honorable, however...
I think that the DAD thing is the lamest thing ever.
Next thing you know, all Americans will be a member of Upsilon Sigma Alpha (USA or USA). ) and Canadians were be members of Chi Delta Nu or (CDN or CDN). ) and if you have a KID, they'll be members of Kappa Iota Delta (KID or KID).
Sheesh....

Maybe it's just me but the letters Delta Alpha Delta look very similar to Delta Delta Delta, especially on something small like a keychain or window decal.

MOM vs. DAD
Yes Heather, they have Mu Omicron Mu at MTSU. They post alot of stuff on Womack lane(that is where my little lives). They have like moms night out and moms study sessions. Its great for them, but they don't wear letters or anything. I think the DAD this is totally obsurd!

Why is DAD a bad thing just because you feel it is OK for MOM?

Tom, it's because these days, in 2003, it's ok to have a "women's only" sports league, club, gym, or any other type of organization/establishment, but it's NOT ok to have a "men's only" version of the same. Look at Augusta National and Martha Burke.
Though this DAD thing is kinda lame, I just thought I'd point that out.
