Can anyone tell me what they do or what do you think our group of leaders should be doing.

I think we should be formulating an action plan to improve a particular aspect of the black community. For example, putting together the millions of dollars black greeks have collectively and opening up a series of black private schools. Or, have a five year program to increase the number of black males in college by a certain percentage. Concrete goals like that. God willing I will rise to ranks of NPHC/Alpha leadership and put such plans into action.

Take it from someone who had actually been to NPHC National and Regional conferences- YOU HAVE YOUR WORK CUT OUT FOR YOU.

I was NPHC president here at Texas A&M for two years and I can honestly say that, our collegiate chapter did much more and was much more TOGETHER!!!! than our graduate-run national and regional bodies. Those conferences did nothing but give me big headaches. I am all about unity- but thoe things were a waste of my TIME!!!!

What exactly does the NPHC do (to bring back the original question)? I mean on the day to day or month to month or whatever.
