Breaking Up A Fight

Last weekend I saw two girls arguing in a parking lot. As the argument grew louder a crowd began to gather obviously looking for a fight. Sure enough the girls started throwing huge punches. Ten people watched but nobody tried to stop it. Even the girls watching were screaming encouragement at their favorite. When a few punches landed I started to break it up. I was rewarded by getting soaked in beer. Even the guy they were fighting over begged me to let them finish. I don't know where these girls learned to fight but they were really going at it. Three questions:

1) Do you step in and stop it and or let the girls settle it among themselves "honorably"? They both wanted to.
2) Doesn't it seem girls fight as much as guys these days?
3) Do guys and girls like watching girlfights?

1) I think that is the honorable thing to do, but these days, you never know if someone has a knife or gun or whatever. So yes it's ver honorable, but use caution.

2) Actually many police officers and security at clubs will tell you they would rather break up a brawl involving men then two girl fighting. The Men usually are drunk and stumbling, while the girls grab and claw. Usually they have to pry the girls apart because one has a chunk of the other girls hair and won't let go.

3) I think guys like girl fights more than anything. My frat told me it was sexy, I was like

the girls in the crowd were just as excited as the guys. I guess since people dont see girls scrap as much its more entertaining. I know in high school the girlfights drew bigger crowds than guy fights. Nobody in high school would dare break up a fight between girls.
