Good News!

You may remember me posting about a guy in my fraternity doing some bad things because I had pledged a different one before.

Some of these things include:
- calling me into a room during pledge dad night and asking, "do you want this blackball thrown at you?"
- repeatedly calling me by the name of the fraternity I pledged in the past
- "accidentally" hitting my girlfriend and not apologizing

The good news is the alumni aren't happy and are coming in to take care of this exceptional member

hit your girlfriend?!?!?! What the f**k! Dude, i don't care who he is, you should beat his ass or call the police... I'm surprised she didn't do anything about it.

Well, I hope the alumni give him a good thrashing, sounds like a little problem with this guy

Use it for your benefit

If it's tough being a pledge, it means more to be a member.

Calling you a name (of some other GLO) doesn't hurt.

If they just handed you a badge, what would it be worth.

Just curious--but what is the point in hazing? And why didn't she beat the crap out of him for hitting her? That's just not right--glad your alums are doing something about it!

I've been initiated for quite some time. The only thing that happened during the pledge period was the ball incident.

Regarding my girlfriend getting hit, this guy was drunk one night and made it out to be an accident. It was tempting to react then, but it would have only made things worse.

Maybe I'm old fashion, but I believe you have the right to beat him with a louisville slugger.

Apparently if your brotherhood couldn't step up and defend you on this and take care of him, then I'd be worried about future incidents.
