Every year my frat turns a parking garage near our college into a beach, this years Mona Kai is going ot be on april 26 2003, we usually have about 1-2k people, its in Whittier Ca, and if anyone is interested in commin let me know and i can give ya direction. Its a dry party so we suggest getting trashed before you come. its free, attire is beach attire ie, bikinis, board shorts, etc.
