If yes, then will end up with more gay couples and then population decline.

I think that you have confused this board for a number of things...
First off, this is a website for people who are members of a college Fraternity or sorority, not people who are from the country of Greece.
Second, b/c you may actually be a member of a college fraternity or sorority, this particular forum is dealing with the topics of planning and attending parties, not social consequences/social issues. Such topics are better addressed in the Chit Chat forum.
