Cool The bill moher show at Howard University

Did anyone see The Bill Moher show last night? He is taping his show in "the hood" now; it's being taped at Howard University. Last night, tommy Davidson and other guests were discussing segregation on the part of Blacks on college campuses. If you saw it, you know we have shyt to talk about! What's up with Bill? What was his purpose for taping at Howard?

I, too, saw the show. And no, he's NOT taping in the hood now. He was there for, I think, 2 weeks. The first week was about politics and the second week was about Black History Month. So he had all the Black people on the 2nd week.
Now he's back in LA.

But it was an "interesting" week, to say the least.

I came away with a different perspective of that man. He's the typical awb in my book; and you have to look at him subliminally to understand him.

Question

What was your impression of the show?

I watch the show all of the time and have long understood his method as a "moderator".

Bill takes a topic in the news, or one that he is passionate about (like animal rights). Then he gets his researchers to find out as much about his personal view point on the subject. Then, when the guests come on, he lets them talk first. If their ideas disagree with his feelings, he bombards them with his own viewpoints that he has had previously written down in his notes. The guests, who may not be armed with the facts to counter his facts usually concede victory to him because he makes them look stupid.

The only really good debates happen when he tries to debate with people who are informed and can counter his "facts" with facts of their own.

Yeah, you peeped that too, huh! He was really embarrassed at Howard; so embarrassed that he continually interrupted Tommy Davidson when he was on. Davidson tried hard to keep it real.
