sisterhood development chair

hi everyone,
we just had our elections and i was voted the new sisterhood development chair. i was wondering if anyone has this chair also and what kinds of events others are planing for their chapters.

it depends on what your SDC means. . .
mine was educating the sister's on sorority, ritual, and bascially, being their big sis until they got one. . .

Our sisterhood development chair also reviewed the ritual, songs, etc. with us at the weekly meetings. In addition, they would plan events such as Big/Lil' Dinners, Sisterhood Retreat, etc. I guess their main focus was preserving and developing the sisterhood bond within the chapter.
